SET-12 Electrical Parameter Tester

The SET-12 tester is a portable device that measures electrical parameters. The unique combination of the ability to take the most commonly needed measurements in a single tester makes it possible to quickly diagnose defects.
Measurements of low resistance with milliohm resolution and insulation quality at high voltage (megohmeter function) make it possible to test connections and cables. Measurements of inductance, capacitance and resistance provide the opportunity to measure sensors and injectors. In addition, the built-in voltmeter allows to measure the voltage of 12V and 24V installations.

  1. What is the difference between SIT-12 and SET-12?

The measuring ranges of both devices cover the same values. SET-12, as an instrument more dedicated to electrical measurements, has a DC voltage measurement up to 50V. The main difference is kit content. SET-12 has alligator clips for resistance, capacitance and inductance measurements, while SIT-12 has universal 2.8mm flat connectors. The cable for measuring insulation in both testers is terminated with alligator clips
