Key features of the BLT-QR application
Automatic creation of a service report
After performing a semi-automatic test with the BLT resistor, the device displays a double QR code. The BLT-QR application scans it instantly and generates a complete report including:
- battery resting voltage,
- voltage under load,
- Two voltage drop parameters: U1 (from the beginning of the test) and U2 (from 0.5 seconds) – through which you can assess the condition of the battery.
Instead of transcribing data – scan and generate ready PDF report in seconds. Your service gains a professional document, the customer – full transparency.
Personalization and data security
Before saving the report, the user enters the battery data, such as:
- manufacturer (required field),
- Capacity (Ah) (required field),
- inrush current (EN),
- serial number,
- production date.
Once the report is saved, editing is not possible, which protects the document from modification and increases its technical and formal value.
Data storage and export
The reports are stored locally in the device’s memory and are available as a history list.
The finished PDF files can be printed directly from the app or shared via email, WhatsApp, Messenger or other apps.

Integration with the Battery Service Integrator (BSI) system.
BLT-QR allows reports to be sent to BSI’s desktop application, where data from multiple devices – e.g. BLT600S-QT/BLT150T, Deltabat 30, DBT-12+ – can be combined into one complete customer or vehicle profile.
To do this:
- The BLT-QR and the computer with the BSI must be on the same Wi-Fi local network.
- In the BLT-QR application, click the “BSI” button and rewrite the IP address into the BSI program configuration.
- The mobile app will provide data until it is closed.
- In the BSI application, select “Update measurements – BLT-QR” to download the data.

Personalization of the service report
The application allows a mechanic or service center to add their own contact information, which will automatically appear on the printout of each PDF report (in the report header). This is not only professionalism, but also a form of advertising
and building trust among customers.

We can choose the interface language when we first launch the application, or change it by clicking settings -> language.

- camera access (QR scanning),

- Wi-Fi access (for BSI integration)
- The application works offline except for the following functions: connecting to BSI, sharing the report, printing the report on a printer configured after Wi-Fi
