The ICR-4 tester is used to control electromagnetic and piezoelectric injectors found in common rail injection systems. Up to four injectors of a given type can be controlled at once. The control signal generated by the tester corresponds to the signal coming from the engine controller.
The device can be used to test or clean injectors on test benches equipped with a common rail high-pressure pump. If your equipment does not have a pump control function, you can use the TCR-4 tester, which will ensure cooperation with your pump and allow you to conveniently inflict pressure.
Tester functions:
– Simulating the control signal of piezoelectric and electromagnetic injectors.
– A wide range of available settings: pulse duration, frequency or RPM setting, setting the number of pulses (injections).
– The function of simulating pre-injection before the main injection.
