Section 1: General Conditions
Additional Warranty from DTE Power Sp. z o.o., based in Jaslo, is to extend the standard warranty period indicated on the packaging, in the instruction manual or in the warranty booklet for an additional 12 months. To take advantage of the Additional Guarantee, you must meet the conditions described below. DTE Power Sp. z o.o. with reserves the right to provide this guarantee only in the territory of Poland.
Section 2: Conditions for Obtaining Additional Warranty:
Registration of the product can be made only as an adult natural person residing in Poland. Acceptance of the regulations is tantamount to consent to receive commercial information by e-mail and sms from DTE Power Sp. z o.o., which can be withdrawn at any time.
Detailed information about the processing of personal data is available in our Privacy Policy. In order to obtain the Additional Warranty, it is necessary to provide: your name, a valid e-mail address, telephone number, invoice number and the product serial number, which can be found on the sticker of the device.
Registration must be completed within 28 days of purchase. The product can be registered only once. If the product is replaced or repaired under warranty, the warranty period for the new product starts anew and lasts for the standard warranty period plus an additional 12 months of Additional Warranty, with no further extension possible.
Section 3: Implementation of the Additional Guarantee
If the product is properly registered according to the terms and conditions in Section 2, you will receive a registration confirmation to your email address and will be able to print the confirmation from the website.
In order to take advantage of the Additional Warranty, you must present this printout with your proof of purchase.
The Additional Warranty is valid under the same conditions as the standard warranty. Detailed warranty terms and conditions are available in the manual and on the website of DTE Power Sp. z o.o..
In the event that a registered product is unavailable during a warranty claim, it may be exchanged for a new product of comparable quality and price at the discretion of DTE Power Sp. z o.o. The Supplementary Warranty does not affect the consumer’s rights under the warranty provisions for defects of the sold item.
Additional Information
We reserve the right to refuse the Additional Guarantee in case of irregularities in the registration process, such as providing false data or other technical abuse.
