Cookies Policy

Agreeing to the site’s installation of cookies each time you visit the site could be burdensome. Under the amended Telecommunications Law, Internet users can give their consent through the appropriate settings of their Internet browser. From the moment this information is obtained, the decision to use the site without changing the browser settings is considered a conscious choice by the user.

1 The service does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.
(2) Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User’s terminal equipment and are intended for use on the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.
(3) The entity placing cookies on the final device of the Service User and accessing them is the operator of this Service.
4 Cookies are used for:
* adaptation of the content of the websites of the Service to the User’s preferences and optimization of use of websites; in particular, these files allow for recognition of the device of a User of the Service and appropriate display of the website, adapted to his individual needs.
* creation of statistics that help to understand how the Users of the Website use the websites, which allows to improve their structure and content.
* maintain the session of the Service User (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter his/her login and password on each sub-page of the Service.
(5) The Service uses two main types of cookies: “session cookies” and “permanent cookies” (persistent cookies). “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s terminal device until the User logs out, leaves the website or shuts down the software (web browser). “Permanent” cookies are stored in the User’s terminal device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.
6 The following types of cookies are used within the Service:
* “necessary” cookies to enable the use of services available on the Website, such as authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the Website.
* cookies used for security purposes, e.g. used to detect abuse of authentication on the Site.
* “performance” cookies, which allow you to collect information about how you use the Website’s pages.
* “functional” cookies, which allow “remembering” the User’s selected settings and personalizing the User’s interface, e.g. with regard to the chosen language or region of origin of the User, font size, appearance of the website, etc.
* “advertising” cookies, allowing to provide Users with advertising content more tailored to their interests.
(7) In many cases, web browsing software (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User’s terminal device by default. Users of the Website may change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of your web browser or inform on their each time they are placed on the device of a Service User. For information on how to change the cookie settings of the most popular web browsers, see later in this document. Detailed information about the possibility and methods of handling cookies is available in the settings of your software (web browser) and in the help files available in the menu of your browser.
8 The Operator of the Website informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.

Mobile apps vs. cookies

Similarly to the website, the User of the Service Provider’s mobile application is informed about the use of files that act similarly to cookies in the web browser.
Such files are designed to m. in. Storing information about the user’s preferences, as well as application settings.
A message informing about the use of such files appears on the sites from which the applications of the Operator of the Website can be legally downloaded, i.e. in the stores of mobile operating system manufacturers.
Installation and use of mobile applications of the Operator of the Website downloaded from any source is treated as consent to the storage on the User’s terminal device of files acting similarly to cookies.
In case of disagreement with the above. stop using the application and remove it from the end device.

How to change your cookie settings may vary depending on the web browser you use. Information about cookies can be found in the “Help” tab of each web browser.

Cookies in web browsers

In the browser options, select the option responsible for privacy settings:

Google Chrome

Google Chrome browser’s default settings allow cookies to be stored. To change the settings you need to:
* click on the “Google Chrome Settings” menu and select “Settings”.
* click on “Show advanced settings” at the bottom of the page.
* select the “Content Settings” option in the “Privacy” options.
* select the desired settings
* to make special settings for a particular site, click on “Manage exceptions” and select custom settings for sites
* to approve the changes click on the “Done” button.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Microsoft Internet Explorer’s default settings allow cookies, but block cookies that may come from sites that do not have a privacy policy. To change the settings you need to:
* click on the “Tools” menu and select “Internet Options”.
* select the “Privacy” tab.
* use the slider to specify the desired level of settings (the highest blocks cookies completely, the lowest allows all cookies to be stored).
OR:
* click the “Advanced” button and select the desired settings yourself;
* To make special settings for a site, click on “Sites” and select custom settings for sites;
* approve the changes with the “OK” button.

Mozilla Firefox

The default settings of the Mozilla Firefox browser allow the storage of cookies. To change the settings you need to:
* click on the “Tools” menu (in other versions: click the “Firefox” button) and select “Options”.
* then select the “Privacy” tab and check the desired settings.
* to make special settings for a particular site, click on “Exceptions” and select custom settings for sites
* approve the changes with the “OK” button.

Opera

The default settings of the Opera browser allow the storage of cookies. To change the settings you need to:
* click on “Preferences”, select “Advanced” and then “Cookies”.
* select the desired settings
* to make special settings for a particular site, go to the website of your choice, right-click on it, select “Site Preferences” and go to the “Cookies” tab and then make the desired settings
* approve the changes with the “OK” button.

Safari

Safari browser’s default settings allow cookies to be stored. To change the settings you need to:
* in the “Safari” menu, select “Preferences”.
* click the “Privacy” icon.
* select the desired settings
* to make special settings for a particular site, click on “Details” and select custom settings for sites

Adobe Flash Player cookies

Adobe Flash Player software is used to allow the User to access multimedia data (mp3 podcasts, videos, other data), streaming (“live” broadcasts), programs such as online games (which can be played in a web browser), and to provide the User with advertising. Adobe Flash Player software also uses cookies.
